Founding cohort
Across 36 data centre corridors there are about 28,465 unfilled critical power roles and roughly 3,859 poaching approaches every working day. The people holding HV switching, commissioning, UPS and controls capability are already being chased. The Founding 500 in each corridor get chased by the right projects instead of the fastest recruiter.
Free for tradespeople, always. Your name and contact stay private until you accept an approach.
Pressure is unfilled critical infrastructure roles per 100 electricians already working in relevant scopes. Higher pressure means fewer people to choose from, which means a verified passport is worth more.

Modelled from ABS/BLS and equivalent national electrician employment counts, published data centre construction pipelines and the 3–4 approaches per worker per year observed in the sector. Rate bands are base hourly pay in local currency for a data-centre-grade electrician, benchmarked August 2026 against enterprise agreement and collective-agreement scales (ETU/NECA in AU, CIF-Connect SEO in IE, JIB in UK), IBEW local scale and Davis-Bacon determinations in the US, and published public-works labour unit prices in JP/KR. They exclude on-costs, allowances, per diem and union fringe packages, which can add 25–60% to the total cost of an hour. Estimates, not platform counts.

Founding passports sit at the top of every capability search in your corridor for the first 12 months. Contractors see your verified capability before anyone who joins later.
A permanent marker that you were verified before the corridor got crowded. It travels with you across projects, states and borders.
Priority approaches for the scopes that match your tickets, rate band and travel fence. You still decide who gets through.
Live rate bands for your discipline so you walk into the conversation knowing what the work is paying this month, not last year.
Tradespeople never pay. Contractors pay only on a confirmed placement. Your details stay private until you say otherwise.
Refer workmates into the founding cohort and their capability strengthens the corridor you both work in.
Step 1
Name, trade and corridor. About 60 seconds on your phone.
Step 2
Scan your licence and tickets. HV switching, commissioning, UPS, controls, BESS - whatever you actually hold.
Step 3
How far you'll travel, what you expect per hour, and whether you're open to relocation or subcontract work.
Step 4
Your passport stays private. When a project needs your exact capability, you get Poachd.
Drop your email for the founding brief for your corridor: open roles, rate bands and what capability is being chased hardest right now. Or go straight in and build your passport.
