For data centre electricians
Your data centre capability is more valuable than your CV. Electricians holding UPS, HV switching and commissioning capability get approached three to four times a year, usually by whoever got the number first rather than by the best project. Poachd verifies what you can actually do on critical power and data hall work and keeps it visible to the right data centre projects. Contractors see capability and region, never your name, and you see the rate, roster and site before anyone calls.
The right data centre project could already be looking for someone like you.
Free for data centre tradespeople. Contractors pay only on a confirmed placement.
Step 1
Photograph your electrical licence, HV ticket or ID and the profile builder reads the class, number and expiry. You are not applying for anything.
Step 2
UPS and static switch work, HV switching and permits, commissioning and witness testing, SCADA, BESS. Capability is indexed by what gates energisation, not by job titles.
Step 3
Travel radius, FIFO or roster preference, relocation premium and rate. Pick your interest level, from not looking but open to the right opportunity, through to just curious.
Step 4
Contractors can poach you, but they see capability and region, never your name. Project Radar shows what is staffing soon near you. Nothing moves until you open the door.
Contractors pay on a confirmed placement. You never pay to be seen, approached or hired.
Your name and contact details stay hidden, so a current employer never finds you here.
Licences and tickets are verified once and reused every time you get approached.
Scarcity, not seniority, drives the premium. This is the modelled capability mix of the data centre electrical workforce and the premium each capability attracts.

Modelled from ABS/BLS and equivalent national electrician employment counts, published data centre construction pipelines and the 3–4 approaches per worker per year observed in the sector. Rate bands are base hourly pay in local currency for a data-centre-grade electrician, benchmarked August 2026 against enterprise agreement and collective-agreement scales (ETU/NECA in AU, CIF-Connect SEO in IE, JIB in UK), IBEW local scale and Davis-Bacon determinations in the US, and published public-works labour unit prices in JP/KR. They exclude on-costs, allowances, per diem and union fringe packages, which can add 25–60% to the total cost of an hour. Estimates, not platform counts.
