For tradespeople and technical workers

Make your capability discoverable

You should not have to apply for work you are already qualified to do. Record what you can actually do - the licences, the systems, the projects, where you will work and when - and let the right companies find you. Free, private by default, and you decide who gets through.

Free for tradespeople, permanently. Companies pay for access and on a confirmed placement.

What goes on a capability Passport

Six things, and none of them is a cover letter.
  • Licences, tickets and authorisations, with the state or network they apply to.
  • The systems you have actually worked on - switchgear, UPS, generators, protection, controls, plant classes - not just the job titles you held.
  • Project history: what the job was, what you were responsible for, and at what scale.
  • Your region, how far you will travel daily, and whether you will fly in, camp or relocate.
  • When your current commitment ends and the roster you will accept.
  • What you want next, including the rate you expect.

What stays yours

  • Private by default. Companies see capability and region - never your name, your employer or your contact details - until you choose to open a specific conversation.
  • You see the offer first. Rate, roster, location and duration are on the approach before anyone calls you.
  • You can say no without a conversation, and nothing goes back to your current employer.
  • You can change your availability or switch off discoverability whenever you want.
  • Free, permanently. No placement fee, subscription or success fee is ever charged to a worker.

Why it is worth doing

  • Scarcity, not seniority, drives the premium. If you hold switching, jointing, controls or commissioning capability, you are worth more than your current rate probably reflects - but only to companies that can see it.
  • You will get approached anyway. The question is whether the approaches come from whoever got your number first, or from projects that actually match what you can do and where you will work.
  • Adjacent experience counts. Utilities, mining, rail and fabs all build the discipline critical power work needs, and a capability record is how that gets recognised.
  • A Passport takes a couple of minutes to start and keeps working while you do.
